Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog!
Before I tell you anything about me, I want to dedicate this
first post to some people very close to my heart. On May 19, 2013, this year's
seniors will walk across the front of Rosary Hall, shake the hand of President
McNamara, take their diplomas and enter the real world. My best friend and
practically big sister Na'tasha Mesidor is one of many friends that is about to
take her place in the real world. She has such big plans and a beautiful future
ahead of her. Na'tasha is incredibly interested in changing the lives of inner
city kids. She recently completed an internship where she helped kids to
realize their potential through different projects and the use of social media.
She has been the Team Captain of the Albertus Magnus Women's Tennis team and
was awarded the Falcon Award in 2011 and again this year for 2012.
If I learned anything from her, it's that hard work really
does pay off in the end. I mean, look at her, she is graduating this year! She
has also taught me the value of friendship. When you have just one or two good
friends, then you can survive anything. She helped me to take control over
situations with friends and do what is best for me and not always the other
person. She turned my whole world around and really helped me to make this year
the best it could be. Na'tasha is one of those girls with an amazing
personality and an awesome sense of humor. Her laugh makes you laugh and I love
that. If you are having a rough day, just talk to her and she will turn that
frown upside down. I will miss her next year, but I know that I will see her as
much as I can. I wish you the best of luck Na'tasha!!!!!!!
